Charlie Labuguen vs Mark Paras

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-NCR promoted show at Pasig Balatibat, Pasig,  taking place on 01/09/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-NCR Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Charlie Labuguen (18(1) - 1(1)) who hails from Caloocan, Philippines and Mark Paras(7 - 9(2) - 3) from Quezon City, Philippines.  Labuguen weighed in at 147 pounds, while Paras weighed in at 146 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Beltran Macorol, and the three ringside judges are Bronco Jacutan, Lewis Soriano and Juan Palacay.
