Matt Bermann vs Richard Kearney

Boxing Daily Report from the Jamin Promotions promoted show at Navasartyan Gym, Cleveland,  taking place on 05/08/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Great Lakes Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Matt Bermann (35(10) - 8) who hails from Columbus, USA and Richard Kearney(6 - 4 - 2) from Chicago, USA.  Both Bermann and Kearney weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Justin Moloney, and the three ringside judges are Darryl Boyle, John Profit and John Hogarth.  

Round 1: 

Bermann advances into close range and is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Kearney is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Bermann lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Bermann steps inside and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Bermann lands a right hook.  
Bermann is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Bermann closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Bermann lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Kearney wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Bermann.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
