Mark McAndrew vs Sergey Kaplan

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Millenium Stadium, Cardiff,  taking place on 20/08/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the European Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mark McAndrew (33(23) - 2) who hails from Milton Keynes, UK and The Stationer Sergey Kaplan(50(31) - 20(16) - 2) from London, UK.  Both McAndrew and Kaplan weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Glyn Bowen, and the three ringside judges are Joshua Gillespie, Dale Carrick and Mark MacNevin.
