Etibar Mona vs Safar Qazi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Absheron promoted show at Baku Bacchus, Baku,  taking place on 27/07/2039:

Clearly AI Azerbaijan-Absheron have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Etibar Mona (18 - 13(2) - 3) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Safar Qazi(12 - 21(1) - 7) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Mona weighed in at 147 pounds, while Qazi weighed in at 146 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Huseinqulu Ismailov, and the three ringside judges are Bashir Amirbeyov, Hafiz Allahverdiev and Ulfet Kadyrov.
