Santiago Pabon vs Alfonso Santillan

Boxing Daily Report from the Acheampong Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Amparo, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 23/07/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Pabon (16 - 7) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Alfonso Santillan(8 - 16 - 6) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Both Pabon and Santillan weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Angel Marto, and the three ringside judges are Gonzalo Bosque, Guillermo Galea and Diego Ribas.  

Round 1: 

Santillan forces Pabon to back into a corner.  Santillan pivots to the left of his opponent.  Pabon lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.
