Nao Anno vs Takeo Muto

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Fukuoka promoted show at ACROS Arena Hall, Fukuoka,  taking place on 28/12/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Fukuoka Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nao Anno (9 - 14) who hails from Kitakyushu, Japan and Takeo Muto(3 - 0) from Kurume, Japan.  Both Anno and Muto weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Akira Nishimura, and the three ringside judges are Goro Koizumi, Goro Koizumi and Satoshi Murata.  

Round 1: 

Muto forces Anno to retreat into a corner.  Muto lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Muto is looking to close the distance and connects with a right hook.  Muto ties up his opponent.  Muto pushes his forearm into Anno's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Muto about fouling.  
Muto lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.

Muto lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Muto is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  As Muto tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Anno dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Muto advances into close range and is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  Muto clinches his opponent.  Muto leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Muto closes the distance and is on target with a right hook.  
Muto lands two left uppercut's to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Muto walks Anno onto the ropes.  Muto is on target with a right hook.  
Muto pivots to the side of his opponent.  Anno attempts to land a right hook, but Muto sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Muto pivots from in front of his opponent.  Muto throws a right hook, but is not on target.  Muto holds on to his opponent.  Muto uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Anno behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Anno's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Anno's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
