Mark Dempsey vs Daniel Lurie

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Brisbane Linn, Brisbane,  taking place on 18/12/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Dempsey (25(21) - 2(1)) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Daniel Lurie(17 - 10(1) - 2) from Brisbane, Australia.  Both Dempsey and Lurie weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charlie Cacciari, and the three ringside judges are Charlie Cacciari, Giorgio Lombardo and Neil McAllaster.  

Round 1: 

Dempsey feints a cross, and then lands a ramrod jab.

Dempsey is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a jab to Lurie's body.
