John Samkange vs Steven Van der Walt

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zimbabwe-Bulawayo promoted show at Bulawayo Mutsekwa, Bulawayo,  taking place on 19/11/2038:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zimbabwe-Bulawayo Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Samkange (5 - 2) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Steven Van der Walt(8 - 2(1) - 2) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Samkange and Van der Walt weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joey Mumbengegwi, and the three ringside judges are Jack Shamuyarira, Joseph Tongogara and Kaleb Muzanenhamo.  

Round 1: 

Samkange backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Van der Walt is whaling away with hooks, but Samkange keeps his defence tight.
