Barry Mattix vs Andy Cavanah

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Royal Albert Hall, London,  taking place on 11/12/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Barry Mattix (7(6) - 1) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Andy Cavanah(8 - 12(3) - 2) from Preston, UK.  Both Mattix and Cavanah weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Marcus McCallen, and the three ringside judges are Chris Power, Amjad Khalili and Steve Parry.  

Round 1: 

Mattix pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Mattix manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Mattix pivots from in front of his opponent.  Cavanah throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Mattix ties up his opponent.  Mattix leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Mattix drives a sharp left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Mattix is looking to close the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
Cavanah throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Mattix advances into close range and lands a solid right hook.  
Mattix sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Cavanah throws a left hook, but Mattix holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Mattix pushes his forearm into Cavanah's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Mattix closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  Mattix clinches his opponent.  Mattix is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Mattix lands a right uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the head.  
Mattix cuts off the ring, trapping Cavanah on the ropes.  Mattix is on target with a solid right hook to Cavanah's ribcage.  Mattix holds on to his opponent.  Mattix is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Mattix to stop fouling.  Mattix throws a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Mattix is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with a firm cross.  
Cavanah advances into close range.  Mattix lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Mattix steps inside and lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Mattix quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Mattix advances into close range and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.

Mattix lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Mattix pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Mattix knows Cavanah is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Mattix lands a FEROCIOUS left hook.  DOWN GOES CAVANAH!  HE ISNT GOING TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Mattix!
