Metin Kanibir vs Ata Akyuz

Boxing Daily Report from the Musisi Promotions promoted show at Doruk Gokmen Gym, Adana,  taking place on 03/10/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey-Adana Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Metin Kanibir (3 - 10 - 1) who hails from Adana, Turkey and Ata Akyuz(2 - 1) from Adana, Turkey.  Both Kanibir and Akyuz weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Batur Safavi, and the three ringside judges are Suleiman Derbil, Ediz Bata and Suleyman Aldemir.  

Round 1: 

Akyuz is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  Akyuz clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Akyuz pushes his forearm into Kanibir's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Akyuz sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.
