Joel Cheromei vs Ontibile Ogindo

Boxing Daily Report from the Konga Promotions promoted show at Nairobi Akhasamba, Nairobi,  taking place on 24/09/2038:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joel Cheromei (15 - 12 - 3) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Ontibile Ogindo(8 - 4 - 4) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Cheromei and Ogindo weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Birir, and the three ringside judges are Rashid Salih, Manu Yator and Manu Yator.
