Wayan Thamrin vs Zain Akbar

Boxing Daily Report from the Hangandu Promotions promoted show at Jagat Tiro Gym, Pekanbaru,  taking place on 24/09/2038:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Indonesia-Riau Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Wayan Thamrin (13 - 15 - 1) who hails from Pekanbaru, Indonesia and Zain Akbar(16 - 4 - 2) from Pekanbaru, Indonesia.  Both Thamrin and Akbar weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Marjohan Kwik, and the three ringside judges are Glison Sundah, Adinda Indarto and Garuda Taufik.  

Round 1: 

Akbar closes the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Thamrin hits home with a cross.  
Akbar advances into close range.  Akbar lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Akbar dabs at his face checking for damage.
