Cortez Mare vs Edmundo Junco

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Arena Coliseo, Guadalajara,  taking place on 06/11/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cortez Mare (18(14) - 0) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Edmundo Junco(18 - 14(2) - 1) from Guadalupe, Mexico.  Both Mare and Junco weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quito Miera, and the three ringside judges are Cuba Tiscareno, Francisco Nanez and Diego Vasquez.  

Round 1: 

Mare advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Mare lands a right hook.  
Mare forces Junco to retreat onto the ropes.  Mare lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Mare closes the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Mare holds on to his opponent.  Mare is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Mare.  
Mare lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Mare holds on to his opponent.  Mare is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Mare is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents body.  
Mare sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Junco throws a right hook, but Mare holds on to his opponent.  Mare leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Mare lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Mare steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Junco steps away from his opponent and attempts to land an overhand right, but Mare sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook.

Junco feints a jab, but Mare does not fall for it and lands with a firm left hook.  
Mare advances into close range and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Mare manages to force Junco into the corner.  Mare is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Mare gets on the inside and is on target with a firm right hook to Junco's ribcage.  JUNCO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Mare clinches his opponent.  Mare throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Mare and breaks the clinch.  Mare attempts to land a right hook, but Junco blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  Junco quickly recovers. 
Mare manages to force Junco onto the ropes.  Junco throws a left hook, but Mare clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Mare gets on the inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Junco switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Mare whips in a spiteful right hook to Junco's body.  JUNCO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Mare is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Mare lands a left hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body, AND JUNCO IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  Junco now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Junco's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Junco's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Mare lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Mare is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Mare lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Junco quickly recovers. 
Mare crashes a mean left hook to his opponents body.  JUNCO IS HURT!  Junco almost instantly recovers. 
Mare lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He then lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Mare digs in a sharp left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Mare lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Mare lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Mare forces Junco to retreat into the corner.  Mare drives a solid left uppercut into Junco's body.

Mare closes the distance and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Mare advances into close range and hits home with a left hook.  Mare attempts to land a right hook, but Junco blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Junco strikes his opponents body with a cross.
