Boxing Daily Report from the Papugyan Promotions promoted show at Vitebsk Elin, Vitebsk,  taking place on 18/09/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belarus-East Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Pylyp Kovalsky (20 - 7(2) - 1) who hails from Gomel, Belarus and Dmitri Tchepikov(16 - 15(3) - 6) from Mogilev, Belarus.  Both Kovalsky and Tchepikov weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Symon Chunko, and the three ringside judges are Vasili Pelech, Kyrylo Senko and Sergei Zahorsky.
