Macario Jerez vs Vicente Ruan

Boxing Daily Report from the Shakalongo Promotions promoted show at Dimos Bejar Gym, Barquisimeto,  taking place on 07/09/2038:

Clearly Shakalongo Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Lara Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Macario Jerez (5 - 11 - 6) who hails from Barquisimeto, Venezuela and Vicente Ruan(8 - 10 - 3) from Barquisimeto, Venezuela.  Both Jerez and Ruan weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Porro, and the three ringside judges are Lorenzo Ante, Fanuco Caro and Juan Mateo.  

Round 1: 

Jerez tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook to his opponents liver.
