John Margheim vs Jonathan Donnell

Boxing Daily Report from the Kronk Gym II promoted show at Grand Rapids Glasgow, Grand Rapids,  taking place on 05/09/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Michigan Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Margheim (2 - 10 - 1) who hails from Detroit, USA and Jonathan Donnell(11 - 2 - 1) from Detroit, USA.  Margheim weighed in at 153 pounds and 4 ounces, while Donnell weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Max Gura, and the three ringside judges are Leighton Dempsey, Mick Wathen and Leeroy Shedden.  

Round 1: 

Donnell pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Margheim is looking to keep his distance.  Donnell connects with a cross.  
Margheim lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Donnell gets on the inside.  Donnell sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Donnell lands a solid right uppercut.  Donnell ties up his opponent.  Donnell is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Margheim steps to the outside.  Donnell knows Margheim is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Donnell lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body, AND MARGHEIM IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  It looks like Margheim has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Margheim dabs at his face checking for damage.
