Elliot Underwood vs George Cooper

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Utah promoted show at Salt Lake City Sheenan, Salt Lake City,  taking place on 05/09/2038:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mountain West Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elliot Underwood (5 - 2) who hails from Boise, USA and George Cooper(22 - 7) from West Valley City, USA.  Underwood weighed in at 167 pounds and 15 ounces, while Cooper weighed in at 167 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Justin Lloyd, and the three ringside judges are Neil Probert, Lucas Magorian and Sam Cavanaugh.
