Yutaka Kobashigawa vs Isamu Okabe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hokkaido promoted show at Nundwe Gym, Sapporo,  taking place on 03/09/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Hokkaido Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yutaka Kobashigawa (32(1) - 2(1)) who hails from Sapporo, Japan and Isamu Okabe(10 - 14 - 15) from Sapporo, Japan.  Kobashigawa weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces, while Okabe weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aki Mizuno, and the three ringside judges are Kyo Kawabata, Yuichi Sano and Eiji Tanaka.
