Joaquin Favela vs Jack Bagay

Boxing Daily Report from the Kamao Promotions promoted show at Lapu-Lapu Noa, Lapu-Lapu,  taking place on 05/09/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Cebu Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Favela (9 - 16(2) - 1) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Jack Bagay(18(12) - 6) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Both Favela and Bagay weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Dimanlig, and the three ringside judges are Oihane Tatlonghari, Emanuel Pansoy and Jesus Prisco.  

Round 1: 

Bagay is looking to close the distance and digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Bagay gets on the inside and throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the punch.  Bagay clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Bagay pushes his forearm into Favela's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Bagay to stop fouling.

Bagay walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Bagay drives a right uppercut into Favela's body.  Bagay clinches his opponent.  Bagay leans on his opponent trying to wear him down.
