Gregor Cadigan vs Sam Boward

Boxing Daily Report from the Simasiku Promotions promoted show at Waitakere Kohikikko, Waitakere,  taking place on 31/08/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gregor Cadigan (10 - 5(1)) who hails from Waitakere, New Zealand and Sam Boward(2 - 5 - 3) from Manukau, New Zealand.  Both Cadigan and Boward weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Kellie, and the three ringside judges are Matthew Chisholm, Mark Vaux and Declan Greenway.  

Round 1: 

Cadigan tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with a spiteful jab.
