Gareth McBride vs Matt Paterson

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Virginia promoted show at Richmond Lannon, Richmond,  taking place on 10/08/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Virginia Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gareth McBride (29(3) - 13(1) - 3) who hails from Chesapeake, USA and Matt Paterson(13 - 1) from Virginia Beach, USA.  McBride weighed in at 134 pounds and 15 ounces, while Paterson weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Waleed Mady, and the three ringside judges are Adam Walls, Thomas Miller and Hugh Wallach.
