Kieran Cowper vs Esteban Rochel

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Urban Park, La Plata,  taking place on 14/08/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kieran Cowper (13(10) - 1(1)) who hails from Linden, Guyana and Esteban Rochel(25 - 10(1)) from Rosario, Argentina.  Both Cowper and Rochel weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vegas Graciano, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Mato, Larenzo Garcia and Ponce Ferro.  

Round 1: 

Cowper advances into close range.  Rochel is on target with a right hook.  
Rochel sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Cowper lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Rochel connects with a left hook.  
Cowper walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Cowper is on target with a right hook.  
Cowper pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.  
Cowper lands a right uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Cowper connects with a sharp right hook.  
Cowper lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Cowper lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He then lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Rochel is on target with a right uppercut.  
Cowper gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Cowper lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Cowper manouvers Rochel into a corner.  Cowper connects with a right hook.  
Cowper lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Rochel quickly recovers. 
Rochel connects with a right hook.  
Cowper gets on the inside.  Cowper pivots from in front of his opponent.  Cowper throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Rochel digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Cowper closes the distance.  Cowper pivots to the right of his opponent.  Cowper throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Cowper is on target with a jab.  
Cowper is looking to close the distance.  Rochel digs in a left hook to Cowper's liver.  Rochel attempts to land a left uppercut, but Cowper slips the shot and counters with a FIERCE left hook.  ROCHEL IS HURT!  
Rochel could be stopped here, if Cowper can find the right shot!  Cowper lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES ROCHEL!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Rochel now seems to have got his legs back.  
Rochel pivots to the left of his opponent.  Cowper lands a sharp right uppercut.  
Cowper pivots to the right of his opponent.  Rochel lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  Rochel throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Rochel's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Cowper switches the action to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Rochel tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a mean right uppercut.  ROCHEL IS HURT!  Rochel recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Rochel hits home with a right hook.  
Cowper finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Cowper attempts to land a jab, but Rochel sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Cowper is looking to close the distance.  Rochel pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Cowper drives a stinging left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Cowper connects with a firm left hook.  
Cowper feints a jab, tricking Rochel into launching a right uppercut counter.  Cowper avoids the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Rochel is looking to close the distance.  Cowper connects with a FEARSOME right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE ROCHEL WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Some sustained pressure from Cowper could be enough to finish Rochel!  Cowper lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by  two right uppercuts to his opponents head, KNOCKING ROCHEL DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  
Cowper gets on the inside.  Cowper lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, DROPPING ROCHEL TO THE CANVAS!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Cowper!
