Roupen Zornakyan vs Hayots Chaloukyan

Boxing Daily Report from the Exhibition Boxing promoted show at Yerevan Nalbandian, Yerevan,  taking place on 18/07/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Armenia-Yerevan Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Roupen Zornakyan (21(19) - 1) who hails from Yerevan, Armenia and Hayots Chaloukyan(8 - 5(2) - 3) from Yerevan, Armenia.  Both Zornakyan and Chaloukyan weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haygazn Kalajian, and the three ringside judges are Mesrob Epremian, Sharan Nahigian and Shahen Daribian.  

Round 1: 

Zornakyan finds the target with a jab.  
Zornakyan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Zornakyan stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Chaloukyan throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.

Chaloukyan manages to force Zornakyan onto the ropes.  Chaloukyan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Zornakyan steps to the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Zornakyan lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Zornakyan attempts to land a cross, but Chaloukyan sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Zornakyan steps away from his opponent and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Zornakyan lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Zornakyan steps to the outside and tries to land a jab, but Chaloukyan parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Chaloukyan walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Zornakyan attempts to land a jab, but Chaloukyan blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Chaloukyan sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Zornakyan lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Zornakyan lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Zornakyan is on target with a sharp jab to Chaloukyan's body.  
Chaloukyan throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Zornakyan sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Chaloukyan manouvers Zornakyan onto the ropes.  Chaloukyan sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Zornakyan lands a cross.  
Chaloukyan steps away from his opponent.  Zornakyan lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Chaloukyan almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Zornakyan steps to the outside and lands a cross.  
Zornakyan lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Zornakyan steps to the outside.  Chaloukyan hits home with a cross.  
Zornakyan lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Zornakyan lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Chaloukyan quickly recovers. 
Zornakyan lands an overhand right, jab and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Chaloukyan's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Chaloukyan's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Chaloukyan's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Zornakyan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Zornakyan lands a cross, overhand right and an overhand left to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Chaloukyan advances into close range.  Zornakyan is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Zornakyan lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS CHALOUKYAN TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 7.  Chaloukyan now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Zornakyan switches the action to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Zornakyan feints a cross, but Chaloukyan is not fooled and responds with a left hook to Zornakyan's body.  
Zornakyan lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Chaloukyan is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Zornakyan hits home with a firm left uppercut.  
Zornakyan hits home with a solid cross.  
Chaloukyan advances into close range.  Zornakyan connects with a left hook.  Zornakyan clinches his opponent.  Zornakyan leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Zornakyan steps away from his opponent and lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Zornakyan thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Chaloukyan away.  Zornakyan is on target with a mean left uppercut.  CHALOUKYAN IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Zornakyan!
