Bilal Belhout vs Amer Akbar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Algeria-Constantine promoted show at Constantine Bachiri, Constantine,  taking place on 15/07/2038:

Clearly AI Algeria-Constantine have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Algeria-Constantine Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bilal Belhout (16 - 17 - 2) who hails from Constantine, Algeria and Amer Akbar(15 - 17(3) - 6) from Constantine, Algeria.  Both Belhout and Akbar weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gazi Douicher, and the three ringside judges are Amer Firoud, Majid Bellil and Kamran Halali.
