Kai Grant vs Yasushi Mukai

Boxing Daily Report from the Japanese Boxing Federation promoted show at Osaka Takamoto, Osaka,  taking place on 14/07/2038:

Clearly Japanese Boxing Federation have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kai Grant (12(7) - 0 - 1) who hails from Perth, Australia and Yasushi Mukai(2 - 0 - 1) from Amagasaki, Japan.  Both Grant and Mukai weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Daichi Koga, and the three ringside judges are Naoki Shiraki, Akira Ando and Mitsuru Kanai.  

Round 1: 

Grant gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  Grant holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Grant pushes his forearm into Mukai's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Grant to stop fouling.  
Grant lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Grant holds on to his opponent.  Grant hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. 
Grant hits home with a left uppercut.  Grant ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Grant pushes his forearm into Mukai's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Grant about fouling.  
Grant manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Grant digs in a potent right hook to his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE MUKAI WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Mukai recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Grant lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Grant clinches his opponent.  Grant leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Grant sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a firm right hook to Mukai's body.  
Grant lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Grant feints a cross, fooling Mukai into throwing a right uppercut counter.  Grant springs the trap, countering with  a cross.  
Grant advances into close range.  Mukai throws a right hook, but Grant clinches his opponent.  Grant is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Grant is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Grant and breaks the clinch.  
Mukai is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with an overhand right.  
Grant is looking to close the distance and lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Grant digs in a firm left hook to Mukai's liver.  Grant clinches his opponent.  Grant leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Grant gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Grant drives a left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Grant is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  Grant holds on to his opponent.  Grant leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Grant's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Mukai pivots from in front of his opponent.  Grant lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Grant lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Grant is on target with a solid right hook to Mukai's body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mukai's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Mukai's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Mukai's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Mukai's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Grant closes the distance and whips in a nasty left hook to his opponents ribs.  MUKAI IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Grant steps inside and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Grant lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body, AND DROPS MUKAI!  He is back up on his feet at 4.
