Jack Stackpoole vs Alen Pentland

Boxing Daily Report from the Museli Promotions promoted show at Wichita Hogge, Wichita,  taking place on 04/07/2038:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Kansas Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jack Stackpoole (33(12) - 10(1)) who hails from Wichita, USA and Alen Pentland(16 - 21(5) - 6) from Olathe, USA.  Both Stackpoole and Pentland weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Ghee, and the three ringside judges are Duncan Myres, John Ghee and Jay Bonar.  

Round 1: 

Stackpoole steps inside and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  Stackpoole clinches his opponent.  Stackpoole is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Stackpoole to stop fouling.  
Stackpoole closes the distance.  Stackpoole pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a right hook into Pentland's body.  
Stackpoole gets on the inside and lands a right hook.  
Stackpoole digs in a solid left hook to Pentland's body.  
Stackpoole is on target with a right hook.  
Stackpoole lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Stackpoole hits home with a left uppercut.  
Stackpoole is on target with a cross.  
Stackpoole gets on the inside.  Stackpoole pivots to the right of his opponent and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Stackpoole lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Stackpoole ties up his opponent.  Stackpoole is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Stackpoole lands a firm right hook.  
Stackpoole lands a sharp jab.  
Stackpoole lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Stackpoole steps inside.  Pentland throws a left hook, but Stackpoole clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Stackpoole pushes his forearm into Pentland's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Stackpoole gets on the inside and is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents body.  
Stackpoole lands a right uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Stackpoole is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Stackpoole slams a big left uppercut into Pentland's ribs.  PENTLAND IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Pentland now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Pentland's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Pentland's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Stackpoole closes the distance and is on target with a firm left uppercut to Pentland's ribs.  
Stackpoole closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Stackpoole lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Pentland dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Stackpoole manages to force Pentland onto the ropes.  Stackpoole lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Stackpoole quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a powerful right hook into his opponents ribs.  IT LOOKS LIKE PENTLAND WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Pentland quickly recovers. 
Stackpoole lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
It looks like Pentland has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Stackpoole pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Stackpoole steps inside and connects with a solid left hook.  
Stackpoole quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Stackpoole connects with a cross.  
Stackpoole lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Stackpoole holds on to his opponent.  Stackpoole leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Stackpoole's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Stackpoole steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Pentland is on target with a jab.  
Stackpoole is looking to close the distance and tries to land a right hook, but Pentland sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Stackpoole is looking to close the distance.  Pentland throws a left hook, but Stackpoole ties up his opponent.  Stackpoole leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Stackpoole advances into close range and hits home with a right hook.
