Leon Probert vs Matthew Johnk

Boxing Daily Report from the Los Moreco Promotions promoted show at Century II Convention Hall, Wichita,  taking place on 25/07/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leon Probert (10(5) - 0) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Matthew Johnk(17(1) - 10(1) - 2) from Tacoma, USA.  Probert weighed in at 130 pounds, while Johnk weighed in at 129 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is James Polson, and the three ringside judges are Edward Pollick, Mark Darby and Geoff Glasgow.  

Round 1: 

Probert advances into close range and tries to land a right hook, but Johnk slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Probert steps away from his opponent and attempts to land a jab, but Johnk sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Probert closes the distance.  Probert pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  As Probert tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Johnk.  That has caused a minor cut in the corner of.  
Johnk attempts to land a cross, but Probert sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Johnk lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Johnk throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Probert pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  He continues the combination and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Probert gets on the inside and drives a sharp right hook into his opponents body.  
Johnk attempts to land a right hook, but Probert slips the shot and counters with a firm left hook.  
Probert lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Johnk is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook.  Johnk throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a nasty right uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE JOHNK WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Johnk almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Probert connects with a stinging right hook.  Probert ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Probert pushes his forearm into Johnk's face.  The ref breaks Probert's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Probert is on target with a right hook to Johnk's ribs.  
Probert digs in a solid right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Probert manouvers Johnk into the corner.  Johnk tries to land a right uppercut, but Probert sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Probert lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Probert is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a sharp jab.  
Probert gets on the inside.  Probert pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND SENDS JOHNK TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Johnk recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Probert steps away from his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Probert pivots to the right of his opponent and digs in a right hook to Johnk's body.  
Probert sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Probert lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Probert is looking to close the distance and digs in a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  Probert tries to land a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Probert leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Johnk tries to tag Probert on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Probert digs in a weighty right hook to his opponents ribcage.  JOHNK WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Johnk recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Johnk drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Probert tries to land a cross, but Johnk sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Johnk lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  Johnk attempts to land a right hook, but Probert blocks the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.

Johnk quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Johnk lands a right hook.  
Probert tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a cross.  
Johnk closes the distance and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.

Probert switches the action to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  Probert throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
