Franco Bedoya vs Ulises Simeon

Boxing Daily Report from the Iván Lapeña promoted show at Lisandro Savala Gym, Alcala de Henares,  taking place on 06/07/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Spain-Comunidad de Madrid Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Franco Bedoya (5 - 11 - 2) who hails from Madrid, Spain and Ulises Simeon(12 - 12(1) - 6) from Madrid, Spain.  Both Bedoya and Simeon weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gervasio Perales, and the three ringside judges are Francisco Delgadillo, Marjun Fuente and Vegas Zara.  

Round 1: 

Simeon lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Bedoya gets on the inside and tries to land a left hook, but Simeon slips the shot and counters with a left hook.
