Mahdi Mbarire vs Alastair Abdi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Mombasa promoted show at Mombasa Waikenda, Mombasa,  taking place on 24/06/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya-Mombasa Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mahdi Mbarire (16 - 9 - 5) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and Alastair Abdi(15 - 8(1) - 4) from Mombasa, Kenya.  Mbarire weighed in at 122 pounds, while Abdi weighed in at 121 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Kithuka, and the three ringside judges are Lisimba Dalrymple, Hayden Sakudao and Connor Kamau.

Mbarire throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.

Mbarire tries to step out of his opponents range.  Mbarire quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a jab into his opponents body.
