Imran Mahdi vs Ahmed Rayes

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Tehran promoted show at Esteghlal Hotel, Tehran,  taking place on 18/06/2038:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Iran Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Imran Mahdi (24 - 12(2) - 2) who hails from Tehran, Iran and Ahmed Rayes(13 - 25 - 4) from Tehran, Iran.  Mahdi weighed in at 104 pounds, while Rayes weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Irfan Hussain, and the three ringside judges are Sajid Burki, Azam Emami and Saad Salameh.
