Dai McRae vs John Rustigyan

Boxing Daily Report from the No Limit promoted show at Sydney Young, Sydney,  taking place on 14/06/2038:

Clearly No Limit have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-New South Wales Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dai McRae (21(14) - 4(1)) who hails from Sydney, Australia and John Rustigyan(5 - 7(3) - 3) from Sydney, Australia.  McRae weighed in at 140 pounds, while Rustigyan weighed in at 139 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Darryl Elliot, and the three ringside judges are Ethan Zeatounian, Ian Oshchepkov and David Corrie.  

Round 1: 

McRae lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
McRae throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the shot.  McRae clinches his opponent.  McRae pushes his forearm into Rustigyan's face.  The referee warns McRae and breaks the clinch.

Rustigyan pivots to the right of his opponent.  McRae lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He then lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  McRae ties up his opponent.  McRae is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks McRae's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
McRae lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
McRae walks Rustigyan into a neutral corner.  McRae drives a firm right uppercut into his opponents body.  
McRae is on target with a firm cross.  
McRae lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Rustigyan is looking to keep the action on the outside.  McRae feints a jab, tricking Rustigyan into launching a left uppercut counter.  McRae avoids the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
McRae quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Rustigyan throws an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Rustigyan drives a cross into his opponents body.  
McRae digs in a left hook to Rustigyan's body.  
McRae closes the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
McRae walks Rustigyan into a neutral corner.  McRae lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Rustigyan tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
McRae is on target with a right hook to Rustigyan's ribs.  McRae ties up his opponent.  McRae throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
McRae advances into close range and drives a stinging left hook into his opponents ribs.  
McRae steps inside and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
McRae attempts to land a right hook, but Rustigyan blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.

McRae lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  McRae ties up his opponent.  McRae tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Rustigyan's kidney. The ref separates the two fighters.  
McRae gets on the inside and is on target with a stinging right hook.  
McRae steps inside.  Rustigyan attempts to land a left uppercut, but McRae sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Rustigyan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  McRae digs in a potent left uppercut to his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE RUSTIGYAN WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  McRae ties up his opponent.  McRae leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  Rustigyan recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
McRae steps inside and walks his opponent into the blue corner.  McRae is on target with a firm right hook.  
McRae connects with a solid right hook.  
McRae gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
McRae feints a left, and then lands a cross to the head, a left hook to the body and a jab to the head.  
McRae advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  McRae throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.

Round 3: 

Rustigyan retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  McRae steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  McRae hits home with a cross.  
McRae steps inside.  McRae pivots to the left of his opponent.  Rustigyan throws a left hook, but McRae ties up his opponent.  McRae uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Rustigyan behind the head. The referee warns McRae and breaks the clinch.  
McRae lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Some sustained pressure from McRae could be enough to finish Rustigyan!  McRae lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  He then lands a right uppercut, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body, KNOCKING RUSTIGYAN DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  It looks like Rustigyan has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
McRae lands a SAVAGE right hook.  RUSTIGYAN IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE IS STILL STRUGGLING TO HIS FEET AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is McRae!
