Goro Shiraishi vs Yasushi Shimamoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Carabetian Promotions promoted show at Kyoto Takeuchi, Kyoto,  taking place on 12/06/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Kyoto Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Goro Shiraishi (15(4) - 2(1) - 2) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Yasushi Shimamoto(7 - 2 - 1) from Kyoto, Japan.  Shiraishi weighed in at 121 pounds and 13 ounces, while Shimamoto weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kenji Fujimoto, and the three ringside judges are Taro Matsuoka, Kazuhiko Ozawa and Naoki Kawasaki.
