Vince Pagan vs Alec Witherow

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New Mexico promoted show at Albuquerque Hakim, Albuquerque,  taking place on 08/05/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-SouthWest Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vince Pagan (18 - 20(5) - 2) who hails from Albuquerque, USA and Alec Witherow(21(3) - 8(3)) from El Paso, USA.  Both Pagan and Witherow weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Waqas Saah, and the three ringside judges are Robert Gemmill, Harvey Prior and Josh Waddell.  

Round 1: 

Witherow advances into close range.  Witherow retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Pagan is whaling away with hooks, but Witherow keeps his defence tight.
