Khalon Mkhize vs Rob Van Jaarsveld

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Mamelodi Demuto, Mamelodi,  taking place on 02/05/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Khalon Mkhize (13 - 21(7) - 6) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Rob Van Jaarsveld(25 - 13 - 3) from Mamelodi, South Africa.  Mkhize weighed in at 200 pounds, while Van Jaarsveld weighed in at 200 pounds And 14 ounces.    As Van Jaarsveld came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Jabulani Segolela, and the three ringside judges are John Loulendo, Simba Bariagher and Mahdi Jamin.
