Kir Laimitis vs Cuba Mascorro

Boxing Daily Report from the ATP promoted show at Skonto Hall, Riga,  taking place on 17/04/2038:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are KO Kir Laimitis (5(3) - 0) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Cuba Mascorro(6 - 4 - 2) from Madrid, Spain.  Laimitis weighed in at 139 pounds and 11 ounces, while Mascorro weighed in at 139 pounds and 8 ounces.

Mascorro walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Laimitis senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Laimitis lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND MASCORRO IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Mascorro now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Laimitis steps to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.

Laimitis switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  He then lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Mascorro quickly recovers.
