Geoff Tier vs Matthew Flanagan

Boxing Daily Report from the Rico Boxing Promotions promoted show at Cincinnati Schappert, Cincinnati,  taking place on 08/04/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Ohio Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Geoff Tier (22(5) - 4(1)) who hails from Cincinnati, USA and Matthew Flanagan(29 - 16 - 1) from Cincinnati, USA.  Both Tier and Flanagan weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Spencer Tighe, and the three ringside judges are Ben Bonnie, Noah Anderberg and Paul Strassman.
