Khalid Shahin vs Khalid Azizi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Selangor promoted show at Petaling Jaya Satter, Petaling Jaya,  taking place on 07/04/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Malaysia Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Khalid Shahin (37(28) - 5(3) - 1) who hails from Shah Alam, Malaysia and Khalid Azizi(4 - 4(1)) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Both Shahin and Azizi weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Saad Mahdi, and the three ringside judges are Malik Azimi, Rashid Saad and Khalid Shaban.  

Round 1: 

Shahin strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Azizi steps inside.  Shahin is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Shahin lands a jab to the head, a cross to the head and a right uppercut to the body.

Azizi closes the distance.  Shahin throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Shahin holds on to his opponent.  Shahin leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Shahin pushes his forearm into Azizi's face.  The referee warns Shahin and breaks the clinch.  
Shahin lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Azizi sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Azizi tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Shahin lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  Shahin clinches his opponent.  Shahin leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Shahin connects with a left hook.  
Azizi sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Shahin lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Shahin is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands with a sharp jab.  
Shahin finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Azizi walks Shahin down, trapping him on the ropes.  Shahin lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Azizi steps inside.  Shahin lands a left hook.  
Azizi throws a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Shahin sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Azizi closes the distance and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Azizi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Shahin lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.  
The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Azizi dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Shahin is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with a solid overhand right.  
Shahin feints a cross, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.

Azizi is starting to lose his head here!    He throws a hook, and catches Shahin low!  The ref halts the action and sends Shahin to the neutral corner.    He has a stern word with Azizi and warns that a point will be deducted if he continues to foul.

Azizi closes the distance.  Shahin lands a solid left hook.  
Shahin pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a right uppercut.
