Nicandro Zara vs Kiki Barcenas

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, Manila,  taking place on 19/03/2038:

Clearly Ringside Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Philippines Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nicandro Zara (31(29) - 3) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Kiki Barcenas(26 - 8(3)) from Santa Maria, Philippines.  Both Zara and Barcenas weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Maramba, and the three ringside judges are Mark Pasamba, Vicente Viloria and Jose Alicbusan.
