Boxing Daily Report from the AI Peru-Lima promoted show at Lima Garzon, Lima,  taking place on 16/01/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Peru Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Cortez Mena (13 - 11(1) - 1) who hails from Lima, Peru and Emanuel Sarmiento(15 - 9 - 1) from Lima, Peru.  Mena weighed in at 126 pounds And 9 ounces, while Sarmiento weighed in at 126 pounds.    As Mena came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Diego Bras, and the three ringside judges are Quin Morua, Venacio Belmontes and Tajo Vences.
