Aoi Kagawa vs Ryo Kajiwara

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Nagai Second Stadium, Osaka,  taking place on 04/12/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Aoi Kagawa (1 - 0) who hails from Toyohashi, Japan and Ryo Kajiwara(4 - 4(1)) from Himeji, Japan.  Kagawa weighed in at 232 pounds and 13 ounces, while Kajiwara weighed in at 243 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Raiden Yamamura, and the three ringside judges are Goro Tsuchida, Goro Tsuchida and Yuji Koizumi.

Kajiwara sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kagawa lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Kagawa closes the distance and is on target with a solid left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  Kagawa holds on to his opponent.  Kajiwara is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Kajiwara.  Kagawa attempts to land a right hook, but Kajiwara sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kagawa gets on the inside.  Kajiwara throws a left hook, but Kagawa ties up his opponent.  Kagawa leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Kagawa pushes his forearm into Kajiwara's face.  The referee warns Kagawa and breaks the clinch.

Kajiwara wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Kagawa.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Kagawa steps inside.  Kajiwara throws a left hook, but Kagawa ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Kagawa pivots from in front of his opponent.  Kagawa drives a forceful right hook into his opponents body.  KAJIWARA IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 7.  Kagawa holds on to his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kagawa knows Kajiwara is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Kagawa crashes a hurtful left hook to Kajiwara's body.  KAJIWARA HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  It looks like Kajiwara has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
