Nelson Jibrin vs Lordson Badeh

Boxing Daily Report from the Munatamba Promotions promoted show at Chileshe Gym, Benin City,  taking place on 11/12/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nelson Jibrin (12(10) - 0) who hails from Onitsha, Nigeria and Lordson Badeh(1 - 1 - 1) from Iseyin, Nigeria.  Jibrin weighed in at 122 pounds, while Badeh weighed in at 122 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hope Oriala, and the three ringside judges are Akeem Kabokeme, Alen Beete and Kunle Tella.  

Round 1: 

Jibrin gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to Badeh's liver.  Jibrin ties up his opponent.  Jibrin is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Jibrin sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Jibrin lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Jibrin clinches his opponent.  Jibrin pushes his forearm into Badeh's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Jibrin about fouling.  
Badeh closes the distance.  Jibrin lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Jibrin clinches his opponent.  Jibrin leans on his opponent using all his weight. Jibrin tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Badeh's kidney. 
Jibrin is on target with a solid cross.  
Jibrin lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Jibrin steps inside and is on target with a firm left uppercut.  
Jibrin connects with a left hook.  
Jibrin connects with a sharp left hook.  
Jibrin lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Jibrin hits home with a right hook.  
Jibrin throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  Jibrin ties up his opponent.  Jibrin hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. 
Jibrin lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Jibrin steps inside and lands a stinging left hook.  
Jibrin is on target with a right uppercut to Badeh's body.  
Jibrin drives a solid left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Badeh attempts to land a jab, but Jibrin blocks the shot and counters with a FEROCIOUS right uppercut.  BADEH IS HURT!  Badeh almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Badeh advances into close range and throws a left hook, but Jibrin ties up his opponent.  Jibrin leans on his opponent using all his weight. Jibrin uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Badeh behind the head. 
Jibrin closes the distance and digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Jibrin sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a solid left hook.  
Jibrin lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Badeh's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Jibrin advances into close range.  Badeh attempts to land a left hook, but Jibrin sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Jibrin lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Jibrin is on target with a right hook.  
Jibrin lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Jibrin clinches his opponent.  Jibrin leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Jibrin tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Badeh's kidney. Badeh almost instantly recovers. 
Jibrin feints a cross, and then drives a telling left hook into Badeh's body.  BADEH IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Jibrin!
