Kazuki Kawai vs Hajime Iwata

Boxing Daily Report from the Maloian Promotions promoted show at Yutaka Yoshinaga Gym, Fukuyama,  taking place on 28/11/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hiroshima Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kazuki Kawai (9 - 1) who hails from Hiroshima, Japan and Hajime Iwata(1 - 1 - 2) from Hiroshima, Japan.  Kawai weighed in at 135 pounds, while Iwata weighed in at 134 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Nori Oye, and the three ringside judges are Takeshi Niwa, Nori Oye and Satoru Fukuda.  

Round 1: 

Kawai lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Iwata throws a right hook, but Kawai clinches his opponent.  Kawai uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Iwata behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kawai to stop fouling.  
Kawai gets on the inside.  Kawai quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Iwata throws a left uppercut, but Kawai clinches his opponent.  Kawai leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kawai to stop holding.  
Kawai lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kawai lands a right hook to the body followed by two left hook's to the head.  
Kawai lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  As Kawai tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Iwata.  That has caused bad swelling  around the left eye.
