Khalid Shabazz vs Zafa Khalaf

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Philippine Arena, Santa Maria,  taking place on 14/11/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Asian Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ABS Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Khalid Shabazz (16(13) - 0) who hails from Pune, India and Zafa Khalaf(23(1) - 2 - 1(NC)) from Surat, India.  Both Shabazz and Khalaf weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mason Acob, and the three ringside judges are Montego Villalon, Berto Layumas and Quito Dalaque.  

Round 1: 

Khalaf lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Shabazz lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Shabazz switches the action to the outside and lands a ramrod jab.  
Shabazz throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Khalaf finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Shabazz tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Khalaf snaps his opponents head back with a solid jab.  
Shabazz lands a sharp jab.  
Shabazz lands two straights followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Shabazz lands a jab, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Khalaf sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Khalaf throws a left uppercut, but Shabazz clinches his opponent.  Shabazz is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Shabazz's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Shabazz lands with a spiteful jab.  
Shabazz tries to keep the action at long range and lands with a hard jab.  
Khalaf manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Shabazz connects with a firm left uppercut.  
Shabazz steps to the outside.  Shabazz quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Khalaf lands a jab.  
Khalaf is looking to close the distance.  Khalaf pivots to the side of his opponent.  Khalaf throws a right uppercut, but Shabazz clinches his opponent.  Khalaf leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Khalaf cuts off the ring, trapping Shabazz on the ropes.  Shabazz lands a telling cross.  KHALAF WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Khalaf almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Shabazz lands a sharp left hook.  
Shabazz switches the action to the outside and lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Khalaf manages to force Shabazz onto the ropes.  Shabazz connects with a sharp left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Shabazz's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Khalaf's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.

Shabazz hits home with a solid overhand right.  
Khalaf throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Shabazz tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Khalaf is on target with a cross.  
Shabazz stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Khalaf tries to land an overhand left, but Shabazz slips the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Khalaf walks Shabazz onto the ropes.  Khalaf feints a right hook, but Shabazz ignores the feint and responds with a stinging right hook.  
Khalaf gets on the inside.  Shabazz pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He then lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Khalaf is looking to close the distance.  Shabazz lands a left uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  Shabazz clinches his opponent.  Khalaf is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Khalaf to stop fouling.  Shabazz tries to land a left hook, but Khalaf blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Shabazz lands a jab.  
Shabazz steps away from his opponent.  Khalaf lands an overhand right.  
Shabazz steps to the outside.  Khalaf lands a hard jab.  
Khalaf lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Khalaf walks Shabazz onto the ropes.  Khalaf attempts to land a jab, but Shabazz blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Shabazz tries to keep the action at long range.  Khalaf throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging cross.  
Khalaf lands a solid jab.  Khalaf attempts to land a jab, but Shabazz sidesteps and counters with a firm right hook.  
Shabazz steps away from his opponent.  Shabazz feints a right hook, and then connects with a firm cross.  
Shabazz lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
The right shot from Shabazz could be enough to force the stoppage!  Shabazz lands two left hooks followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook, left uppercut and a cross to his opponents head.  
Khalaf is looking to close the distance.  Shabazz lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS KHALAF DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  It looks like Khalaf has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Shabazz is looking to keep his distance and tries to land a jab, but Khalaf sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Khalaf's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.
