Cody Lago vs Mel Estupinan

Boxing Daily Report from the Luipa Promotions promoted show at San Jose del Monte Dumapias, San Jose del Monte,  taking place on 23/08/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Bulacan Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cody Lago (4 - 8 - 1) who hails from Malolos, Philippines and Mel Estupinan(7(1) - 0) from San Jose del Monte, Philippines.  Lago weighed in at 118 pounds, while Estupinan weighed in at 117 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Xavier Maniquis, and the three ringside judges are Tajo Pozos, Vicente Saulog and Jack Casumbal.  

Round 1: 

Estupinan is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.
