Arnie Vicker vs Michael Clough

Boxing Daily Report from the Kiwi Promotions promoted show at Brett Cammon Gym, Wellington,  taking place on 30/07/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand-Wellington Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Arnie Vicker (5 - 4 - 3) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Michael Clough(13(6) - 3 - 2) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Both Vicker and Clough weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Max Lewis, and the three ringside judges are Jonathan Laurie, Mel Binner and Barry Christeson.  

Round 1: 

Clough is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  Clough clinches his opponent.  Clough pushes his forearm into Vicker's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Clough is on target with a firm right uppercut.  
Clough is looking to close the distance and forces Vicker to back into the corner.  Clough is on target with a right hook.  Clough clinches his opponent.  Clough is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Clough's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
