Tevaughn Gyan vs Inigo Micah

Boxing Daily Report from the Busia Promotions promoted show at Kumasi Saba, Kumasi,  taking place on 27/07/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana-Ashanti Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tevaughn Gyan (12 - 18(2) - 5) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Inigo Micah(24 - 14(4) - 2) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Both Gyan and Micah weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Farhan Sahli, and the three ringside judges are Amon Amartey, Connor Salifu and Brad Kyei.  

Round 1: 

Micah feints a left hook, and then finds the target with a jab.  
Gyan steps to the outside.  Gyan feints a jab, fooling Micah into throwing a left hook counter.  Gyan springs the trap and counters with  a left uppercut.  
Gyan connects with a left hook.  
Gyan advances into close range.  Micah attempts to land a left hook, but Gyan parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Micah's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Gyan sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Micah finds the target with a jab.  
Micah pivots from in front of his opponent.  Gyan throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Micah to the neutral corner.  He threatens Gyan with a point deduction if he keeps fouling.  
Micah sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Gyan tries to step out of his opponents range and drives a cross into his opponents body.  
Gyan feints a left, and then is on target with a cross.  
Micah tries to keep the action at long range and hits home with an overhand right.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Gyan's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Micah's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.

Gyan switches the action to the outside.  Gyan lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Micah lands a cross.

Micah is looking to keep his distance and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.

Micah pivots to the left of his opponent.  Gyan attempts to land a left hook, but Micah parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Micah steps to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Micah finds the target with a jab.  
Gyan steps inside.  Micah hits home with a right uppercut.  
Gyan gets on the inside.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gyan dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Gyan hits home with a left hook.

Gyan gets on the inside.  Micah pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.  
Gyan tries to land a cross, but Micah sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Gyan closes the distance.  Gyan attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Micah's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Micah pivots to the left of his opponent.  Gyan is on target with a left hook.  
Micah hits home with a cross.  
At the end of Round 8, lets listen in on the corners...Micah's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.
