Ivan Paredes vs Vicente Tabares

Boxing Daily Report from the Victor Bravo promoted show at Ponce Urena, Ponce,  taking place on 24/04/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Puerto Rico-Ponce Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Puerto Rico Sports Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ivan Paredes (21 - 12(1) - 4) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Vicente Tabares(11 - 22(1) - 4) from Ponce, Puerto Rico.  Paredes weighed in at 227 pounds, while Tabares weighed in at 241 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Esteban Labrada, and the three ringside judges are Beltran Correira, Ramiro Moyano and Porfio Miguel.
