Boxing Daily Report from the Najjemba Promotions promoted show at Durham Gillogly, Durham,  taking place on 04/02/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-North Carolina Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Merricks (17 - 22(5) - 6) who hails from Charlotte, USA and Ellis Balfour(14 - 13(1) - 4) from Charlotte, USA.  Both Merricks and Balfour weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Gerrie, and the three ringside judges are Ethan Easton, Steven Bainum and Bryan James.
