Carlos Santibanez vs Ponce Ronda

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nicaragua-Leon promoted show at Leon Bellon, Leon,  taking place on 16/05/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Carlos Santibanez (13 - 8(1)) who hails from Masaya, Nicaragua and Ponce Ronda(19(7) - 8(2) - 2) from Leon, Nicaragua.  Santibanez weighed in at 117 pounds and 6 ounces, while Ronda weighed in at 117 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Guillermo Eusebio, and the three ringside judges are Xavier Pedrosa, Marco Sabio and Rio Zaragoza.  

Round 1: 

Santibanez tries to step out of his opponents range and attempts to land a jab, but Ronda blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Ronda lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
