Boxing Daily Report from the Uganda National Finals 2042,  taking place on 29/04/2042 from Kampala, Uganda:

The Kampala venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Light Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Justin Tabula (24(4) - 25(1)) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Wasaki Koreta(11 - 12) from Kampala, Uganda.  

Round 1: 

Tabula steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Tabula lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Tabula finds the target with a solid jab.  Tabula goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Koreta's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Tabula lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Tabula clinches his opponent.  Tabula is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Tabula's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Tabula closes the distance.  Koreta throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Koreta stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Tabula connects with a solid cross.  
Tabula gets on the inside.  Koreta is on target with a solid left hook.  
Tabula digs in a firm left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Tabula manouvers Koreta into a neutral corner.  Tabula lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Koreta connects with a sharp left hook.  Koreta throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Tabula sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Koreta tries to step out of his opponents range.  Tabula senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Tabula lands a left hook, cross and a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS KORETA TO THE CANVAS!  The count reaches 10, but Koreta is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Tabula!
